Chilliwack ElderCollege is offered in proud partnership with the University of the Fraser Valley. We are a volunteer-powered, not-for-profit society serving our community since 1999.
We feature a relaxed approach to learning with fun and stimulating courses presented by outstanding instructors, including many UFV faculty.
Our courses are held mainly at the UFV Canada Education Park Campus. We offer a Fall and Spring semester and our courses are 3 to 8 sessions in length.
There are no exams or grades and only a few courses have prerequisites or homework.
Join us to gain new skills, experience new adventures, meet new friends and enjoy the many benefits of lifelong learning!
Anyone over 50 may join! An ElderCollege membership is required to register for a course. Our annual membership fee is $15.00. Some local businesses offer student rates to our members. We are financially self-sufficient through the membership and course fees we charge.
